Features：
1. TDSG series of roller belt conveyor has the advantages of simple structure, large conveying capacity, long conveying distance, multiple feed or discharge, stable and reliable operation, low energy consumption and cost.
2. The head wheel with rubber coating process, increasing the coefficient of friction, prevents the belt from skidding and deflection, improves the transmission efficiency.
3. A special material cleaning device is arranged at the outlet of the head, in order to ensure the delivery of materials can be unloaded into the head hopper .
4. The loading layer adopts trough three-idler structure.
5. It can adopt a screw tension mode, fixed guide-rail type gravity tension mode, side trolley tension mode according to the equipment length and service conditions. It sets the tension limit device as well.
Application scope：
It is widely applicable for conveying various horizontal or less than 15°tilt angle granules, flake and powder materials, the large tonnage or super-long distance matters conveyance in the food, feed, chemical, coal, mine and other industries. It can be used individually or by means of the multi-set. It can combine with other conveying equipments to from the horizontal or tilted conveyor system too.
