Features：
1. QDG series of air cushion belt conveyor is a kind of long distance conveying equipment. The series product has many advantages such as few trouble points, good sealing effect, long service life, large conveying yield, stable and reliable operation, low energy consumption etc.
2. The head wheel with rubber coating process, increasing the coefficient of friction, prevents the belt from skidding and deflection, improves the transmission efficiency.
3. The head is provided with special scraper cleaning device, in order to ensure that all the conveying materials can be discharged into the head hopper.
4. An independent air supply section has been set within the total length range of the conveyor belt, in order to reduce the impact between the airflow, and avoid the pressure loss caused by the long distance conveying. Air escape valves are in the proper positions of every air supply section. The surplus gas escapes in order to ensure the non-floating of the conveyor belt. Two adjacent air chamber adopts insertion type joint, in order to reduce the height error of the contour in the chamber joint.
5. It can adopt a screw tension mode, fixed guide-rail type gravity tension mode, side trolley tension mode according to the equipment length and service conditions. It sets the tension limit device as well.
6. It is allocation with the safety protection devices such as the inspection door, observation window, dust-collection exhaust inlet, speed detection, disalignment, anti-blockage, axle temperature detection etc.
Application scope：
The series product has the advantages of simple structure, few wearing parts. The repair costs can save more than 50% than the roller belt conveyor. It is very suitable for large capacity, long distance transportation . It is widely used in building materials, coal, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, feed and other industries to transport the granular, flaky and powdery materials. It can be used individually or by means of the multi-set. It can combine with other conveying equipments to from the horizontal or tilted conveyor system too.
