China Aviation Industry Corporation I (AVIC I), established on July 1, 1999, is an ultra-large state-owned enterprise. The air-borne equipmentcan meet the requirements of the AVIC I aircraft projects. Commercialaircraft: there are medium-and- short-range transport Y-7, itsderivatives and MA60. Currently, there are multi-role light fighter¡°Xiaolong¡± (FC-1), and advanced trainer aircraft ¡°Shanying¡± indevelopment. The advanced regional jet ARJ21 is now in developmentproduction. The non-aeronautical products are industrial gas turbine,automobile, motorcycle, machinery, materials, IT product, refrigeration and environmental protection product, totally in seven categories with over 10,000 products. AVIC I also involves in aircraft leasing, general prospecting, designing and contracting and property development. Formed within AVIC I, Chinese Aeronautical Establishment (CAE),has made great amount of remarkable achievements in the past decades.CAE, authorized by the State, manages national flight test centerand test centers for aerial vehicle.
