Solid Sodium Silicate Production Line Process
The main raw materials are soda ash and quartz sand of the dry sodium silicate production.The process is ingredients, burning and forming. Main equipment: feeding system, slurry preparation, furnace main body(molten pool, regenerator, flue, chimney),burner system, formed chain plate machine and control system. Our company can offer the process design, equipment manufacturing, installation, commissioning and training of solid sodium silicate production line with a daily output of 10~160 tons and a modulus of 2.0~3.5 according to the needs of users.
Process introduction:
1. Batching: batching can be divided into manual batching and automatic batching. Manual batching is manually weighing the quartz sand and soda ash according to the proportion of the formula, then through lifter put into the furnace to react. Automatic batching is automatically weighing the quartz sand and soda ash, then through loader automatically put into the furnace to react.
2. Burning: after the materials were put into the furnace, the chemical reaction is occurred at the high temperature of 1350-1450℃, molten sodium silicate by air cooling or water cooling formed into glassy sodium silicate solid particles. Final product goes into warehouse, or stacking or cooling to normal temperature then packaging for sale.
Reverberatory furnace design use regenerative preheater, tail gas from furnace can preheat air and coal gas to 1100℃ and 900℃, exhaust gas temperature can be lower than 180℃, can save energy.
