- Detergent Powder Intermittent Post-blending Production Process
- This technology is detergent powder intermittent post-blending process. Its raw materials are: laundry base powder, enzyme, color granule, perfume, non-ionic and so on. The density of laundry powder is 0.35 ~ 0.50T/m3, and the output is 1.2m3/ batches(match ton bag).
- Process introduction:
1、The ton bag with solid material is lifted by electric hoist, and pour into the hopper of the feeder, automatic feeding to mixer. The perfume is atomized by the pressure atomizing nozzle inside the mixer. At this time, the material is carried by the sheet in the mixer to form a powder curtain, and it is fully contacted, adsorbed and mixed with the atomized perfume. The mixer speed can be adjusted to achieve a better mixing effect. After mixing, the laundry powder is screened by sieving machine and sent to the finished product silo through the lifter.
2、There are the semi-automatic packing machine under the silo, automatic weigh, and weighing size can be set according to the requirements, manually place the bag, platform scale check the weight, heat sealing, inspect sealing quality, putting in box, packing, stacking, and sending to the warehouse.
