Concentrated Power Production Line Description
- 一、Brirf description of production process:
The production process can be semi-automatic or fully automatic.
- 1.1 Description of semi-automatic production process:
Powder raw materials, such as soda ash, sodium sulfate, zeolite, STPP and so on. The packing of material is small bags (25-50Kg). These materials are measured by platform scale, unpacked and poured into the feeding bin on the ground floor manually, and the raw materials are lifted to the mixer by the lift.
Liquid raw materials, such as essence, nonionic, LABSA and so on, the packing of material is barrel. These liquid materials are sent to the respective liquid tanks by the barrel pump, and then automatically measured by the respective metering pump and sent to the mixer for internal atomization. The atomized liquid droplets mix and react with the powder raw materials while stirring. After a period of time, the powder and liquid are evenly mixed.
Open the discharge valve under the mixer, and send the material to the screening machine for screening by the belt conveyor. The concentrated powder that meets the particle requirements is lifted from the lifting equipment to the finished product bin, and the finished product bin is connected to the packing machine. The semi-automatic packaging machine automatically weighs, the weighing specification can be set according to the needs. Manually put the bag, the packing machine feed the bag after induction. The electronic platform scale recheck the weight, then seal the bag by heat sealing machine. Check the sealing quality, then pack and stack. Finally, send the finished product to the finished product bin by small car.
2.2 Description of fully automatic production process:
Powder raw materials, such as soda ash, sodium sulfate, zeolite, STPP and so on. The packing of material is small bags (25-50Kg) or jumgo bag. The raw materials are sent to the raw material bin platform by the lift, and are manually unpacked and put into the respective raw material bins. Each raw material bin is provided with a weighing device, and according to the setting of the formula and the control program, it is automatically metered and automatically sent to the mixer through the corresponding conveying device according to the set program.
