FW-1(H) semi-automatic capping machine is most advanced twist type aluminum capping machine. It is suitable for quantity production in liquor, wine, beverage, pharmaceutical factories. 

Characteristics

• The sealing head is made from hardened stainless steel to ensure a long service life.
• The capping heads are using four-wheel balance principle, which make the capping process of well strength. The rolling wheel will roll screws on caps clearly and smoothly. Pressure are controlled stably during closing the cap bottom edge to avoid damaging caps. Bottles could be capped tightly with good looking. 
• The machine is designed for manually bottle placing and double button control, maximumly make sure the safety of operating personnel.
• Bottles with 160-320mm height can be used in this machine
