General characteristics

• It is of complete function for spirit bottling, filling and capping in one unit. 
• This machine could save place for plant to improve utilization of your factory.

• Height of the machine could be adjusted. All corollary and supporting equipment are easy to be set up and adjusted.

• Siemens electronics is widely used in the machine, including PLC, touch screen and frequency convertors. 
• If bottles are stuck in this machine, overload clutch protection device will be activated to shut down the machine to protect bottles and the machine.

Characteristics of filling section

• The filling machine could fill spirit with high speed, high precision and uniformity of spirit level in bottle.
• Machine with a filling speed, high precision, the liquid does not spill.
• The height of the machine can be adjusted easily. It allows bottles with the height from 160 to 320mm.
• The bottle support is a device to support bottles during filling. It is flexible to protect bottles.
• The filling is of high precision filling at 500ml±1.5ml due to the accurate measuring of filling volume, bringing you low product waste. 
• This machine could complete filling without leaking to get low liquid waste
• The filling heads are all installed with bottle guide covering structure. there is no need to change the covering structure when bottle mouth difference are between φ20-φ32. In this way, QPM helps you save time for maintenance

Characteristics of capping section

• The sealing head is made from hardened stainless steel to ensure a long service life.
• Four wheels balance principle is used in the capping heads. The force during capping is uniform to ensure capping quality 
• Automatic positioning devices are used to ensure the bottle is positioned to the sealing head accurately. 
• Bottles with 160-320mm height can be used in this machine 
• The machine can be equipped with automatic cap arrangement and hat hanging equipment, and can be equipped with cap loading device.
• If bottles are stuck in this machine, overload clutch protection device will be activated to shut down the machine to protect bottles and the machine.
• All transmissions are built in this machine to ensure good transmission and low noise.
