The FL-4 (H) semi-automatic wax sealing machine is specially use for sealing wine bottle mouth with wax.

Equipment structure:

• FL-4H semi-automatic wax sealing machine is mainly composed of bottle station part, inverted support part, pressure mark part, material pool part and frame guard part.

Operating procedures:

Manually put the bottle into the bottle slot, two bottles in each group with the bottom is placed on the top of the slot. The bottle neck is embedded in the shoulder pad, and the bottle is being pushed forward until it cannot be pulled out. Press the start button of the group, then the bottles are started to rotate while the bottle station rotates forward until reaches the limit position, and then keeps the bottle mouth immersed in the wax pool. After the bottle mouth is rotated in the wax pool for a predetermined time, the bottle station is rotated upward by about 45 degrees. After the predetermined time is over, as the corresponding fans start, the bottle station rotates to its original position. If necessary, the corresponding pressure cylinder is operated, and the bottle is reset after the bottle top is pressed, finally, the bottle is manually removed to complete a round of wax sealing operation.
