CRIG was integrated into a group company by restructuring of China Railway International Ltd, CREC Venezuela Company, CREC Oriental International Construction Corp., and CREC Laos Company, with a registered capital of one billion RMB (approximately 167 Million USD).

Representing CREC, CRIG organizes and implements international economic corporations, international project contractor, investment and financing management in the international market. As a professional overseas economic cooperation company, CRIG bears the mission and duty to expand CREC’s overseas business. CRIG’s business scope mainly covers EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction), EPC+F (Financing), Export Credit, package loan for Resources Projects, bilateral & multilateral cooperation; franchising (BOT, PPP) and other overseas investment business. Playing the roles as planner, organizer, financier, designer and implementer, CRIG aims at developing itself into a strong international business player in the fields of construction contracting, EPC contracting and investment operations.

Currently, CRIG owns 8 wholly-owned subsidiaries, 8 branch companies, 3 majorly-owned subsidiaries, and 9 overseas offices, covering many countries from Asia, Africa, Middle East, South America, Oceania and Central & Eastern Europe.
