Changsha Engineering Co., Ltd of China Light Industry (CEC), with its former names of Changsha Designing Institute of the Ministry of China Light Industry and Changsha Engineering Consulting Company of China Light Industry, is a state-level Grade-A engineering corporation in China. It was established in 1953, and moved south from Beijing to Hunan in 1970. CEC is one of the earliest established large and comprehensive designing institutes in China, engaged in engineering consulting and designing for about 50 years. Now it has been developed into a scientific & technological enterprise for omnibearing engineering services covering engineering consulting, designing, cost estimating, construction supervising, project management and project contracting. CEC was directly under China Light Industry Bureau (General Union of Light Industry of China, The Ministry of Light Industry of China). CEC is a member of China International Engineering Consulting Corporation, a member of FIDIC, a director member of China Prospecting & Designing Association and a director member of China Construction Supervising Association. It holds the right of foreign trade approved by the Foreign Trade Economy Cooperation Ministry of China in 1995. Our work achievements do not only cover more than 31 provinces in our country but also cover Algeria, Eritrea, Egypt, Thailand, Burma, Vietnam, Pakistan and other countries, moreover won many prizes. For instance, the designing of projects of Hunan Yuanjiang Paper Mill and Chongqing Zhaofeng Ceramic Co., Ltd won the national golden prize; the designing projects of Ningbo White Paper-board Mill in Zhejiang Province, Haier Refrigerator Factory in Qingdao City of Shandong Province and the projects of White Paper-board of Hongta-Renheng Paper Co., Ltd won the national silver prize; the patents for "Recovery and reusing the paper machine drainage" and "Producing jointly refined salt and sodium sulphate with mine salt brine" were awarded "gold medal" and "silver medal" in Beijing International Invitation Fair and other exhibitions. ¡¡¡¡All the staff of Changsha Engineering Co., Ltd of China Light Industry will scrupulously abide by the quality policy of "Customer's Satisfaction is Our Unremitting Pursuit" and the quality target of "Advanced Technology, Reliable Quality, Abiding by Contract and Excellent Service".
