Presently, it has 16 subsidiaries, involves in special vehicle making, axle and auto parts manufacturing, real estate, engineering construction, international trade, has the capability to produce drive axle 450,000 sets/y, special vehicle 10,000/y, trailer axle 100,000/y. we have over 2,100 employees.

Qingte Group has powerful technic force, the technology center is recognized at provincial level, holds over 300 special technicians, and over 1,400 sets of production and inspection equipments. In order to enhance the produce scale and upgrade technology, QingTe Group started to develop a new industrial park from 2003, which occupies 800,000 m2, construction area 310,000 m2, the total investment is 1.2 billion RMB. The whole project has 2 stages.

Up to date, 6 projects (drive axle, trailer axle, casting, gear, suspension and logistics) have been completed. Among these projects, casting project has introduced the most advanced German static pressure moulding line, which is capable to produce the world class casting products, annual volume 50,000 tons; drive axle project implemented the state-of-art technology and equipment, which builds a high class drive axle producing line; trailer axle project acquired the advanced trailer axle technology and equipment that enable to produce 100,000 units per year, which are mainly for exporting; gear project uses the advanced gear producing technology and the annual production is up to 600,000 units.

By considering “QingTe Made” honor and responsibility, the group devotes itself to introduce and improve hardware and equipment. It has invested heavily from Sonderwerkzeugmaschinen GmbH—Cincinnati Lamb, Starrag Heckert GmbH,WIA Corporation-Hyundai KIA, to launch 10 of the most advanced manufacturing equipments, which includes FTV machining center, Mynx650, etc. Among them, welding procedure implements vacuum electron beam welder, British Thompson double head auto friction welding and Italian Motoman automated equipments.

All the finish machining and final procedures are fulfilled by the imported digital control devices. The solid technology, advanced equipments and standard production line ensure the good quality of every single item. Stage 2 mainly focuses on office and commercial areas. An advanced national developing and manufacturing base of special vehicle and auto parts has been emerged.

During the “Eleventh Five”, QingTe Group’s will build up 2 of national institutes of special vehicle and axle, which are based on its strategic target “insists on innovation, high quality, low cost and internationalization”; up-weighing investment raising, cooperating with national and international enterprises’ to develop 4 projects of city-purpose, constructive, motorway transporting and special-purpose vehicles. By implementing the development strategy of “products precision, technology advancement”, the group makes great effort to become a manufacturer of world class special vehicles and a supplier of commercial vehicle drive axel and auto parts.
