HH design and manufacture onshore drilling rigs with 1,000m-15,000m drilling depth capacity, offshore drilling package with 3,000m-12,000m drilling depth capacity. Design and manufacture various rig components and parts. Provide customers with drilling tools, drill pipes, wellhead assembly, mud materials, wellcontrol equipment, downhole tools, floor tools and cementing equipment for different operation.Be able to design and produce rigs upon customers' requirements and offer comprehensive solutions for drilling equipment. Provide clients with overall rig operation and maintain training by a special training rig. We set up several service centers all over the world to provide clients with rig services like installation, commissioning and repair, and more centers are under construction. Provide drilling engineering services.

HH has established subsidiaries and offices in the USA, Russia, Ukraine, Egypt, the UAE, Venezuela, Bolivia, Colombia, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Kuwait, Iraq, Poland, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Brazil, Mexico, Algeria and China.

In recent years, nearly 100 sets of HH drilling rigs were sold to all oil fields domestically and internationally every year, 80% were sold abroad. Depending on the excellent quality, competitive price and satisfying after-service, self-made DBS series electric rig, arctic rig, fast-moving rig, HH was awarded acceptance and appreciation by global clients. HH rigs are widely used in more than sixty countries and regions such as United States, Russia, Middle East, Central Asia and Africa etc, which take up great sales share of global land rig market and promote the upgrading of global land rigs.Currently, almost 900 sets of HH drilling rigs are serving around the world.

With the annual manufacturing capacity of 120 drilling rigs  and 500 mud pumps, HH has the world's largest rig assembly and test yard in China, where 24 rigs can be assembled/rigged up simultaneously. HH possesses a first-class fabrication  workshop, machining workshop, assembly workshop, forging workshop and related machining equipment to manufacture mast and substructures, hoisting system parts, rotating  system parts, high & low pressure mud system parts and auxiliary system parts for rigs. HH possesses an electrical equipment subsidiary to manufacture and assemble  rig electrical equipment , including VFD systems, SCR systems, MCC systems , drilling motors, well site circuitry and lighting systems, etc. HH possesses a solids control equipment subsidiary for  manufacturing mud tanks, solids control equipment, drill floor tools, mud manifolds and personnel camps, etc.

HH is capable of researching and developing various land rigs, rig components, offshore drilling pakages and is also able to develop products for various operation conditions and territorial environments as per clients' requirements. HH possesses a 500-staff highly qualified research and development team, which has already acquired hundreds of patents with Independent intellectual property rights. The team is rich in rig design experience and developed series of rig products and parts to meet clients'  requirements better. The team can carry out integrated design of mechanic, electric, hydraulic system to meet the modern rig requirements of precise control and high automation, etc. HH employs dozens of famous experts and professors on drilling equipment, drilling technology, offshore engineering, welding and hydraulic etc to form an expert committee for decision-making, consultation and technical support. HH possesses 2D, 3D design software, and mechanics simulation, finite element analysis, to achieve full 3D design and simulation for new products. and HH built PDM platform to manage the new products development.

Honghua products have obtained HSE certification, API certification, integrator authentication for ABB drive system and explosion proof certification for related electrical products, etc. HH can provide clients with equipment that meet local special specifications, like GOST standard in Russia.HH possesses a highly qualified quality control team, advance QC equipment and special test equipment for rigs.

HH owns a 200-staff professional service team for rig installation, commissioning and solution of problems arising during on-site  operation. After-sale service offices have been set up in America, Egypt, U.A.E., Venezuela, Russia and China. For the problem needing to be solved on site, our technicians will arrive at the site as soon as possible.
