I. Overview
   The integrated communication power supply of the substation cancels the battery pack of the communication power supply, combines the DC power supply system in the station and the DC conversion power supply DC/DC for communication into one, shares the battery pack of the DC power supply system of the station, and unified centralized monitoring of the complete set of equipment. This combination method is based on the DC operating power supply as the core. The DC/DC conversion power supply for communication is a power supply device that converts DC input to DC output, and its output characteristics meet the requirements of communication power supplies. It cooperates with the charging device of the DC operating power supply and the battery pack to provide power for the communication equipment of the power station.

With the update of products and technologies in recent years, the current communication equipment presents a large-scale network, a high degree of intelligence, and a brand. The series is complicated, unattended, and high degree of centralized monitoring. Therefore, the maintenance of human resources and operation and maintenance capabilities are obviously lagging behind the development of communication equipment, and the lack of communication power monitoring as the core will lead to serious safety accidents. On June 23, 2021, a short-term power failure of communication equipment caused by the failure of the DC/DC module of the integrated power supply system of the Shanxi 500kV Furui Station resulted in 6 500kV and 6 220kV AC lines with single protection Operation, the cause of the accident is due to the lack of equipment self-checking on the DC/DC module function, failure to alert when an abnormality/fault occurs, the voltage value displayed on the panel is not the true output voltage of the module, and the aging and high failure rate of components in long-term operation. In order to prevent such accidents, a set of supporting devices for monitoring the DC/DC module of the communication power system should be established in time, and the signal should be connected to the DC power system inspection device, and the operating personnel should be notified in time through the existing communication network in the station , Solve the problem in a short time.
