Product Description:

SDQL is horizontal, radially split, overhung forced circulation pump. It is designed and manufactured according to Chinese Industry Standard GB/T13008  Technical Specification for Mixed and Axial Flow Pumps  This type of pump has below technical features: High efficiency, Big capacity, Low discharge head, Safe and reliable, Easy maintenance, Wide application fields.

Design Features:

Hydraulic Design:

Efficiency increased by 5~10% after adopting newly developed axial pump hydraulic design, it has wide range of high efficiency zone.

Bearing Housing:

Heavy duty bearing housing designed for more stable operation and it has bigger loading capacity, smaller deflection. It adopts radial roller bearings and paired heavy duty bearings. NSK, SKF, FAG bearings are all available.

Mounting Type: Direct Coupled, Overhung, Semi-overhung. Transmission methods can be motor driven, V belt driven or gear driven.

Performance Adjustment:

Pump performance can be adjusted according to technological requirement by changing the impeller vane pitch or revolution to suit for different evaporation requirement.

Bearing lubrication:

Grease lubrication, low maintenance cost.
