Description
DCL explosion proof electric actuator can add over torque protection function inside cavity. Disc spring made in Germany with very long life span and very small deformation with frequently presses, are used to keep the over torque value set to be stable and no drift after long time operation.
Actuator can be used for over 90% explosive gas environment except for colliery. Motors and electronics are fire treated. The machining precise of the connection surface are strictly controlled and inspected from supplier to ensure the flameproof gap is small enough to block spark inside actuator. Aluminum housing is hard die casted with larger tonnage than common series electric actuator to be more dense and can suffer much larger explosive pressure.
CSA tests per UL and CSA standard, both for Zone system and Division system, are in process and CSA certification is estimated to be obtained in Q3 2020.
