We have manufactured 5 sets of ribbon film machines in 2017 and 3 sets in the year of 2018;
UPTODATE design ensures power save, high output(speed can be 40 meters/minute, even can be 50ms/minute in some clients' factory.) The film made our machine is shinning with uniform thickness and big width.
New technology is using T-Die extrusion and calender forming to ensure product thickness with high precision. It changed traditional single and double cavities ribbon strap production method which can increase production capacity, reduce energy consuption, it greatly improving production efficiency and effectiveness. Product width: 800-1200mm. thickness of 0.08-0.2mm
This ribbon film machine is for 1000mm wide. Thickness range is from 0.09-0.18mm,
The line speed is 40-50ms/m.We supply you a turn-key project.
