Brief introduction of the LS-CDBA-100
LS-CDBA-100 is a high-tech product that integrates laser technology, optical technology, precision machinery, electronic technology, computer software technology and refrigeration. Unlike traditional contact machining, laser processing uses a non-contact form, using lasers. The extremely high instantaneous light energy passes through the chemical-physical action to vaporize the surface of the material or the partial position of the burning material to achieve permanent marking on the surface of the material.
The system uses a 10.6nm CO2 laser, which is designed to meet the requirements of different applications: marking, engraving, color removal, paint treatment, etc.
The equipment uses a profiled ribbed structure to achieve consistent quality throughout the work area with the latest drive control.
The laser path change is driven by two galvanometer motors (XY).
When servicing equipment, the laser must be matched to the marking head to avoid correction of the optical path.
The CO2 laser marking machine can be adjusted for different working formats and different power configurations.
