High Speed Mask Sheet Making Machine

This machine is mainly used for automatic forming of sheet masks. The masks we use every day consist of three layers of non-woven fabric, of which the middle layer is melt-blown fabric. The entire roll of fabric is driven by the roller after unwinding, and the fabric is automatically folded and hemmed, the nose bridge is rolled separately together with the fabric, cut to length and introduced into the hemmed fabric and passed through Ultrasonic welding to the seal, and then passing through the ultrasonic side seal, cutting and shaping by a cutter.
