CNC DRILLING AND MILLING MACHINE

  • FUNCTION CHARACTERISTICA OF MATCHINE

    1.Well constructed with special casting ,with high-rigid structure . useing of vertical machining center lathe bed and a sliding seat ,so it has high rigidity structure.

    2. The guide rail and the work table are quenching and grinding, plastic pate matched with the guide rail lubrication, automatic Inter-mittent lubrication，feeding smoothly without crawling, keeping good accuracy.

    3.Machine tool with three axes are the ball screw drive, connection mode for motor and screw is direct connection.

    4.Can be equipped with Guangzhou CNC system .model GSK980MDa, support milling, boring, drilling cycle processing.

    5.7 " widescreen color LCD ,operation is more easy.

    6.Spindle box full gear transmission shift, enhances the rigidity of the machine tool, strong cutting, tapping capacity: M30.

    7.The machine can be configured 12 no mechanical hand disc knife library, you can also configure the 16 gear cam manipulator for knife library, can realize of the ATC function in automatic processing.

    8.Three axis drive device are DA98 series digital servo by Guangzhou CNC Company produced.

    9.spindle servo is DAY3 series digital spindle servo by Guangzhou CNC Company produced.
