welding manipulator is composed of column, welding arm, rotating mechanism, elevating mechanism, boom expansion mechanism, cross trimming, welding head, and electrical box,and chassis. It can satisfy multi-direction welding requirements. The elevating of welding arm adopted the way of worm gear transmission and chain drive elevating, its speed changed by converter which has stable transmission and slow and stable speed change. Cross trimming mechanism is used to adjust the deviation between wire and work-piece.

LCH series welding manipulator is composed of column, welding arm, rotating mechanism, elevating mechanism, boom expansion mechanism, cross trimming, welding head, and electrical boxand chassis. It can satisfy multi-direction welding requirements. The elevating of welding arm adopted the way of worm gear transmission and chain drive elevating, its speed changed by converter which has stable transmission and slow and stable speed change. Cross trimming mechanism is used to adjust the deviation between wire and work-piece. The electric control box is used to control the power on, stop, trolley advance and retreat, cross arm lifting, cross arm telescoping, and column rotation. For the convenience of the operator, a remote control operation box is connected from the control box. The operation box is equipped with a cross arm speed potentiometer, a cross arm lift switch, a cross arm telescopic switch, a trolley advance and retreat switch, a column rotary switch, and a welding machine The control box can be installed on the electrical control box. The welding machine control box panel is equipped with a welding ammeter, welding voltmeter, welding voltage potentiometer, welding current potentiometer, wire feed, wire withdrawal, button, welding start, welding stop.

This operation frame can adopt trinity control mode. It can be linked with submerged arc welding, welding rotator and manipulator frame. The manual control box can realize remote operation.
