Medium pressure ultraviolet sterilizer for municipal drinking water

1. Inactivate more than 99.99% micro organisms in drinking water. The equivalent UV dosage could reach more than 40 mJ/cm².

2. There is no residual chemicals or byproducts in the water with UV disinfection technology.

3. The maintenance and operation cost is the lowest among all the drinking water disinfection scenarios such as chlorine, ozone, RO filter etc.

4. Single medium UV lamp could reach 16 kW power rate; a handful of medium UV lamps could treat millions of gallons drinking water which would need several hundred of traditional low pressure UV lamps for disinfection.

5. Components in contact with drinking water are all made food grade materials in the UV system.

6. Medium pressure UV lamps, electric ballasts and UV intensity detectors are all imported from Germany.

7. UV lamp power rate input is smartly correlated to water flow rate and UVT (UV light transmittance rate) in real time to ensure the equivalent bio UV dosage not less than 40 mJ/cm2, which could effectively reduce energy cost. 

8. UV disinfection system has gone through strict pressure test.
