Descriptions:

l This is a semiautomatic pulp molding production line. Forming process to drying process are finished by workers transfer.
l The production line can be applied to making egg tray, fruit tray, coffee-cup tray, medical tray craftworks as well as inner package for industrial products.
l Raw material to the production line is all kinds of recycle waste paper, would be carton box/office paper/paper trimming waste/ books/ newspaper…
l SIEMENS electrical control parts, FESTO & SMC pneumatic control parts.
l The formed products can be dried by drying product line, drying house or under the sunshine directly.
l There are diversified devices allocations for different specifications. The capacity references for 30-packed egg tray have 400pcs/h, 600pcs/h, 800pcs/h,1200pcs/h, 2000pcs/h and 3000pcs/h and so on.
