Scope of application:


Pharmaceutical, chemical, fertilizer, seed, tea, food, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, feed, sugar manufacturing, additives and other industries, mainly for particles, loose and mobile materials for automatic high-speed measurement packaging.


Product features:


◆ the unit is a perfect combination of vertical packaging machine and weighing machine, which can realize the automation of the whole process from weighing, filling to bag making and packaging, with high speed and precision, improve the output for customers and reduce labor;

◆ the driving core consists of PLC programming control system, servo power system and pneumatic execution system. The product counting and printing date from weighing to bag making and packaging are completed through the human-machine interface of the liquid touch screen. Nitrogen filling (exhaust), finished product transportation and other functions;

◆ the setting and modification of packaging parameters can be easily completed through the touch screen. The packaging parameters of 10 different products can be memorized and stored in the touch screen. When the product is replaced, it can be used at any time without resetting;

◆ it can realize the pillow bag, angle bag, hand hole bag and bag connecting bag that need to be made;

◆ it can be customized into single bucket, double bucket, four bucket, six bucket and automatic quantitative packaging with combination scale by different feeding methods (such as vibration, belt, screw feeding) according to the specific situation of the customer's materials and output. The weighing bucket of the weighing machine adopts the design of closed load weighing bucket, which can prevent the hopper and the residual phenomenon of the material during weighing;

◆ the packaging machine adopts servo motor die and horizontal seal to make the film drawing stable and horizontal seal smooth during the operation of the equipment;

◆ the machine adopts optical fiber identification signal transmission, and has encoder confirmation function, with high accuracy.
