3-5 layer air bubble film making machine

This machine is designed to produce polyethylene air bubble film(sheet), which can do 2 layer air bubble film, 3 layer air bubble film, and with the function of online lamination system, you can get 4 layer even 5 layer air bubble film. The finished product is widely used for household wares packing, post parcel packing, precise instruments packing, bicycle packing, furniture packing as well as heat insulation purpose.

The machine is composed of seven parts – main extruder part, minor extruder part, filter part, T-die part, air bubble film forming roller part, traction part and winding part..
