¡¡ Ningbo Jide Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. was founded in 1980, it has specialized in washing machine design, developing and manufacture. It is located in Xidian Development Area, Ninghai, Ningbo, Zhejiang (at the Xidian Exit of Tongsan highway) and covers an area of 82,620 square meters, including 38,100 square meters of buildings, total capital reaches 300 million Yuan. With the technological revolution and managerial modernization, our company has owned more than 30 sets of advanced computerized control mold tooling equipments and 36 sets of CNC injection molding machines for various injection capacity including 5 of them injection capacity are over ten thousand gram, and constructed two washing machine assembly lines as well as testing facilities. Equipped with state-of-the-art design software such as Pro-E, CAD/CAM/CAE, our company also founded the professional Research & Development Center and Mold Design Center, international standard Mold Processing Center.

We not only produce all types of Jide brand but also supply OEM service for home and overseas famous brand and multinational enterprises because of our high quality competitive price. We gained ISO9002 Quality System Certificate in 1999 and ISO9001: 2000 Quality System Certificate in 2002. ¡¡¡¡As well as we supply high quality plastic for famous international companies, we are engaged in washing machine’s design developing and manufacture depending on our advantage of producing mould. The company insists on three lines of tactic: OEM, foreign trade, and creating our own Jide Brand. First of all it tries to form washing machine OEM platform. All the plastic parts of washing machine are made by ourselves so we can well control the quality and cost. In order to keep the quality of our products we purchase the other parts cautiously and strictly. During the process of producing the whole washing machine our company implements three inspections system: self-inspection, inspection each other, special inspection so that our products’ pass rate is almost 100%.
