Machine profile:

The ZS serial horizontal linear vibrating screen is to deal with screening by a straight linear reciprocating movement with 45° caused by action of two unbalanced eccentric shafts driven by a pair of gear. It is provided with the dual characteristics of Circular Vibrating Screen and linear vibrating screen. Due to the stronger and larger amplitude as designed, material can move quickly on the machine, and compared with Circular Vibrating Screens and straight vibrating screens of the same type, it can process more material. The machine can be used in mineral separation, coal preparation, electric power, smelting, building material, chemical and other industries, and it can not only deal with screening and classification of various materials, but also is suitable for dry and wet classification, dewatering, medium draining, and desliming of the fine material.

Machine features:

1.It is featured with a large processing capacity, high screening efficiency, anti-sticking and anti-blocking;

2.It has two functions. It can be either served as a Circular Vibrating Screen to deal with screening and classification of material of different sizes, or can be used as a linear screener to deal with medium and fine sized materials (including sand) in classifying, dewatering, medium draining, and desliming; especially for wet materials, the vibrating screener has better effect of dehydration in actual operation;

3.The vibrator is placed above the screening box, with overall good rigidity and long service life;

4.The screen is in a horizontal position, which can effectively reduce the installing height; and good for the whole production line;

5.Unlike the synchronous vibrator, ZS series horizontal vibrating screen’s vibrator is a pair of gear used for forced synchronization so that the vibrating screen starts and stops more smoothly, and it has lower noise.

Suitable material: granite, basalt, quartzite, cobble, limestone, iron ore, coal gangue, nonferrous metal ore, pebble.

Application: used in quarry for screening sand, as well as chose to classify the production in mine ,coal, construction, electric power, chemical industry.
