Three layer co-extruded agricultural plastic film machine
Consist parts of one set machine 1. Single-screw Extruder 2. Screen changer 3. Die head 4. Air ring(cooling fan and connecting soft tube) 5. Herringbone, plugboard and sizing cage 6. First traction device 7. Second traction device 8. Rewinder device 9. IBC inner cooling of film bubble 10. Matched spare parts one set
1. Combine the properties of the different raw material, reduce cost in the long run.
2. Special design of extruder, finished grinding of gearbox, structure of mixing, separation, barrier, highly improve material
plasticizing.
3. Machining center processed die head and special design of cooling air ring, to get uniformly thickness of the film, with tolerance within 7.5%.
4. Take up unit: With adjustable height traction tower and pneumatic pinch roller device.
5. Rewinder: double-station fraction central winding, winder roller with chrome plated treatment.
6. Max unfolding film width 22 meters, thickness 0.25mm.
7. Three layer co extruded, film function of UV block, anti-fog, anti-dripping etc.
