Jolywood (Suzhou) Sunwatt Co.,Ltd is a national high-tech enterprise, whichis specialized in the researching, manufacturing and selling PV encapsulation materials. Founded in March, 2008, Jolywood is located in the scenic city of Yangtze River, Shajiabang Town, Changshu City, which is only one hour’ drive from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport.

Jolywood is granted the honor of National Torch Plan Key High-tech Enterprises, National SME technology innovation fund project, Sci.&Tech. Support program of Jiangsu Province, and commercialization of research findings program of Jiangsu, and also selected as member of draft committee of the National standard for the PV backsheet.

Jolywood independently developed “medium surface energy tetra-fluoro based solar module backsheet”, which was recognized as High-tech product by the Jiangsu Provincial Science Technology Department. Up to now, 28 patents have been authorized to Jolywood, among them, seven patents are for invention, and twenty-one patents are for utility model. Appraised by authoritative experts, our product comes up to international advanced level in adhesivity, weather-resistance, barrier property, and electrical insulation. Jolywood’s backsheet has been certified by UL, TUV Rhineland, JET, SGS, National Center of Supervision and Inspection on Solar Photovoltaic Product Quality (CPVT), Shenzhen Electronic Testing Center, and Shanghai Food and Drug Packaging Material Control Center. More importantly, we are the only Chinese backsheet manufacturer which gains the German TUV Rhineland certification.
