1.FA002 and FA003 are both furnished with sawtooth disc rollers.From inside to outside,the toothed discs of FA002 are divided in three groups and the toothed discs of FA003 are divided in five groups form wide to close so that the cotton could be plucked uniformly in smaller tufts.It is favourable for next process to blend and clean.
Type FA002 and FA003 are the initial treatment in blowroom line,which are introduced to pluck bales of various cotton classes,man-made fiber below 76mm.While FA002,generally put into operation in parallel with two sets which aree available to various cotton classes so that more blending bales are contained and hence better production quality is improved.FA003 carry forward the traditional merits of FA002,the mixing effect is much better.The number of laydown bales increases to four rows from three rows of FA002.The bale of 1000×500(mm)can be laid 38 bales,which incereases by 58% over the ordinary FA002 Bale Plucker.
