Product Name: Wagenfeld table lamp WG 24 Model NO.: JL025
The Wagenfeld light was designed by Wilhelm Wagenfeld (1900-1990) in 1924 and ranks among the most famous lamps of the Bauhaus era. After his apprenticeship in a silverware factory and the attendance of the Zeichenakademie in Hanau, he was accepted as assistant in the world-famous Bauhaus workshop, where he created the design classic W24, the Wagenfeld light, also known as Bauhaus light. With his creations made of metal and glass, Wagenfeld became one of the most important industrial designers of his time.
-The WG24 Wagenfeld light consists of an opaque globe; the base and the stand are made of clear glass and the borders of chromed metal. Metallic hemispheres under the base, which cannot be seen, make the light seem to be light-footed.
-On model WG24, the cable passes through a chromed metal tube inside the glass tube.
-Our QCs double-check the quality of all lamps to ensure their electrical safety as well as the unflaggingly high quality of their surfaces.
