2:High efficient Germany brand far-infrared ray heaters connected with solid relay automatically controlled by PID controlling system guarantees high uniformity heating and much energy saving.

3:Conjugated Cam driving system offers more stable and quiet running with higher precision and bigger cutting power.It is easy to use and maintain.

4:Cam is made of high grade bearing steel and surface is processed by slow wire-walking,which guarantees high precision and long lifespan up to more than 30,000hrs.

5:Servo motor offers high precision sheet sending with each set length variation within 0.5mm.It helps much in saving material.

6:Sheet sending chain can be exited which is very convenient for mold changing.

7:High precision mold table and four column structure ensures high precision forming and cutting.Both mold table and four columns parallelism variation is controlled within 0.003mm.

8:Servo motor driven drawing unit offers fast and precision drawing and drawing depth can be easy setted on touch screen.Pneumatic valves adopt Japanese famous brand.

9:Unique tilting mold connect perfectly with vacuum cups taking units for automatic cup's stacking and counting.All movement of cups taking units are controlled by Servo motors for high precision.

10:Whole machine is controlled by PLC.Main parameters are easy to be setted on touch screen.
