Nokia Bell adheres to the global concept of "science and technology is people-oriented", and sets up the whole industrial chain layout in China, including R&D, market, service, global delivery and supply. 

Nokia Bell is a joint venture between Nokia Group and Huaxin Post & Telecommunications, a subsidiary of Poly Group of China. We have rich local and global resources. 

Nokia and CPT shareholders each hold 50 per cent of the shares and each has four directors on the board. In 2016, according to relevant arrangements made by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the two parties agreed that the financial statements would be reported by Nokia and an additional share would be added as a symbol share to belong to Nokia Group. 

This unique shareholding structure is an example and forerunner of the shareholding reform of State-owned enterprises in China.
