1. Since the machine is of small size, there is no similar product available to compare; the external dimension of the host machine must be small as much as possible, with optimization design for mechanical structure. under the precondition of ensuring working requirements, it raises the work view of operator. 2. In accordance with working condition, it will reduce the volume of shovel loader so as to keep the best stability when loader works. 3. Under the condition when hydraulic oil tank is not added, it will separate to cool the hydraulic system of running mechanism and the hydraulic system of working mechanism, ad then make the hydraulic oil temperature under the control. 4. S ince the axis distance is reduced from 939mm to 793mm, the outside axis distance from 1,680mm to 1,470mm and the scraper pan from 1,700mm to 1,490mm, it improves the flexibility of whole loader; so it is more suitable for work in a narrow scope. |
