The capacity of the company is 1 million pcs per year for alloy wheels with finishes such as painting, face machining, chrome, PVD, electrophoresis chromatic, brushing, multi-color painting technology and wheel milling and etc. The sizes of our product cover 12-24 inches. The production equipment of Kinghwa Toptrue Wheel Co.,Ltd has 3 sets of melting furnaces, 15 sets of casting machines including 2 sets robots, 1 set of heat treatment, 8 sets of CNC cutting machines , 6 sets of diamond CNC machines and 1 set painting line, PVD production line, and CNC engraving & milling machine. Meanwhile, we have equipped advanced Spectroscopic instrument, X-ray test machine, Three diameter machine and wheel performance tests machines such as impact test machines, Wheel bending test machine, Radial fatigue test and so on. We have professional R&D team, which have developed more than 500 designs with 8000 various specifications for alloy wheels.
