(CATIC AUTO for short) has been operating on its own since 2nd February, 1993, as a joint venture founded by China National Aero-Technology I/E Corporation Shanghai Company, CPL (U.K.), Shanghai Aero-Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Tian Tian Le Industrial Co., Ltd.
