Beijing XinBoHuaAn Industry and Trade Co., Ltd was found in 2003. We started in 1993 as a small foundry workshop which made cast iron parts and simple hand tools. After years of unremitting endeavor, the workshop has become an export-oriented enterprise, manufacturing power tools, hand tools, vehicle tools, and so on. Our customers are all over the world, including the United States, Australia, Russia, Europe, Southeast Asia, etc. The workshop area of our manufacture is over 8,000 square meters. We have over 60 employees. Our factory has been certified by ISO9001 quality control system since 2004, which significantly improved our management efficiency and product quality. To maintain our production capacity and sustain our continuous growth, we began building a new production base in 2017 and have established workshops for machinery, foundry, plastic injection, powder finish and cable machining. We will make our current factory a research and innovation center for the design and test of our new products. Our assembly lines will still be based in our current factory. The new manufacture base is named as Kazuo Xinyansen Industry and Trade Co., Ltd., located in Kazuo Metallurgy and Foundry Industry District , Liaoning province, about 360km/ 225miles away from our current factory. Kazuo Xinyansen Industry and Trade Co., Ltd is fully invested by and wholly¨Cowned subsidiaries of Beijing XinBoHuaAn Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. It has a total area of 26,680 square meters, which includes 13,700 square meters of workshops and warehouse, 2,400 square meters of office, and 500 square meter of testing laboratory. There is an additional 7,000 square meters of land for future development. The new base has set up machining / plate metal working workshop, powder finishing line, springs / cables workshop etc. The factory has about 60 employees now, including 8 management technicians and 15 design engineers. So iron & steel casting as well as non ferrous metal casting capacity is considered as a key project for the new base at initial blueprint, to satisfy diversity of our casting parts requirements. In other side, technical know-how and management experience in foundry business we have acquired for the past over 25 years since 1993, will help us to be success to restart again. Our new manufacture base is certified by our government for the work, which is a significant addition of our general machinery. As a matter of fact, we treat the processes as our future core development areas. We have iron and steel casting as well as non ferrous metal casting capacity. More specifically, our foundry section includes iron casting, precision investment casting, low pressure die casting, aluminum casting etc. The designed production capacity is 10,000 ton annually. The new base has made thousand of electric drain cleaners parts for our own assemble line, and it already started to deliver casting parts to our customers too. We hope that we are able to serve other factories in China in future.
