(hereinafter referred to as ¡°Hikingic¡±), is a wholly-owned subsidiary established by Hiking Group on the basis of the "foreign trade comprehensive service platform" which established in 2012. Hikingic provides tailor-made supply chain service products to oversea buyers through the integration of logistics, business flow, information flow, capital flow and data flow. Its main business is to provide overseas buyers with suitable factory resources and provide assistance in conclude deals, customs clearance, settlement, international logistics and other integrated services. During the epidemic period, as a third-party service-oriented enterprise, it provided agent export services for nearly one hundred domestic anti-epidemic material manufacturers. Hikingic has established a close cooperative relationship with the manufacturers on the white list of the Ministry of Commerce such as Shanghai Dasheng or Rizhao Sanqi. At the same time, it has provided overseas medical and anti-epidemic materials worth tens of millions of dollars. Since Hikingic was established, it has provided oversea buyers with $800 million procurement services.
