Yantai Longyuan Power Technology Co. Ltd is a holding subsidiary of Guodian Technology Environmental Protection Co. Ltd, which is attached to China Guodian Corporation, one of the big five power generation groups in China.

The company specializes in the research and application of technology for boiler combustion control and energy reduction for coal fired power station. Plasma ignition & combustion stabilizing technology (PICS) for pulverized coal-fired boilers is on the top list of the achievements, and has won the secondary prize of National Science & Technology Development Award and the first prize of China Electric Power Science & Technology Award respectively.
