Qingdao TGOOD Electric Co., Ltd. is a shareholding enterprise formed by Sino©\German joint investment and a state©\h enterprise founded on March.16st, 2004. It was successfully listed in October, 2009, and became the first stock in GEM (stock code: 300001).

Company possesses 10 subsidiaries, with registered capital RMB 400.8 million. Company’s total assets reach RMB 2.876 billion. The market capitalization is RMB 8.8 billion.

Company’s floor space is 533333 square meters, with 1800 employees, 13 functional departments, 7 business units and 20 regions of marketing and after-sales service in China.

TGOOD has established a high-quality well-educated and high ability internally first class management team and a highly professional technology team. The experience of Pioneer enterprise team construction and management is brought to the teaching case library of Tsinghua University and Harvard University.

TGOOD constructed West Coast Industrial Park in Jiaozhou economic and technological development zone in October, 2013. Company contributes RMB 200 million to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Jiaozhou economic and technological development zone.
