Qingdao Good-Link Tools Corp., previously known as Zhaoyang Tools Manufacturing Company, has mainly manufactured hand tools of pipe wrench and hacksaw blade for more than 40 years. With annual hacksaw blade capacity of 50 million, the company is the largest hacksaw blade manufacturer in China.

The corporation has a technology developing center which meets provincial standard. It has advanced machines for forging, machining, heat-treatment and various surface finishes.

It passed the quality system certification ISO9001:2000 in 2000 and has been approved by KS & JIS system. The pipe wrench and bolt cutter have been approved by VPA/GS certification.
