Hangzhou Goldfish Electrical Appliances Group Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive state owned enterprise. It mainly produces and sells washing machines, refrigerators, commercial refrigerating appliances, health care appliances, electronic components, microdiecast, injection molding, metal materials, deep processing of resin materials, SMD printing and other products. It is a key enterprise group in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province that integrates diversified industries such as research and development, manufacturing, marketing, technical service of home appliances. The Group has invested in 28 enterprises, and 16 of them are directly invested ones, including 7 China-Japan joint ventures, and 3 China-Hong Kong joint ventures. In 2019 Goldfish Group ranks in the Top 500 of China¡¯s Manufacturing Industry for 15 consecutive years and ranks 71st in the Top 100 of National Light Industry.

In recent years we pool our efforts together to overcome difficulties and forge ahead. Through a series of market oriented adjustment and reform, the group reinforced its main business, integrated resources, enhanced quality of development and increased management efficiency. Invested by the group, joint ventures including Panasonic Appliances Washing Machine (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. and Panasonic Motor (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. have already become successful examples of China-Japan economic-and-trade technological cooperation and exchange. They are influential among the industry in China. Their business scale and economic benefit occupy a pivotal position in the group and hence they promote a series of component suppliers to thrive. They are making a due contribution to the structural optimization and industrial upgrade of manufacturing industry in Hangzhou and even the development of regional economy.

Since 2019 in order to implement ¡®the new manufacturing project¡¯ proposed by Hangzhou government and stick to the development demand of digital economy and manufacturing industry, we have started to construct ¡®Goldfish Group Smart High-tech Industrial Base¡¯ emphasizing development of strategic emerging pillar industries including cold chain equipment and high polymer materials, making Goldfish Group a country¡¯s top home-appliance-core industry group and a capital operation platform integrating industry and finance with our unremitting efforts.
