The main business is to work as an EPC contractor and complete equipment supplier for thermal, hydro and combined cycle power plants, as well as to construct power transmission & distribution and public utilities relating to the power plants.   HPE possesses various professional talents for design, manufacturer, construction & supervision, commissioning and operation, etc. HPE adapts advanced P3 management software and international standard for construction. HPE is the first professional power engineering company that has been awarded ISO 9001certificate of quality assurance system in   China .  HPE is the first company in China to export large-scale power plant equipment and has thecapability to contract several good-sized power projects simultaneously.  Technical & Economical cooperation or consortium has been established between HPE and famous foreign companies such as GE, ABB and CMI to undertake power projects.  With high reputation in the international market, HPE has undertaken 17 complete equipment supply or EPC contract in many countries of Asian and African regions.
