A: No, most clients prefer buying a bare trailer and installing cameras locally. our CCTV box is equipped with POE for easy connection, with DC 24V/48V & AC 220V/110V options, it ensures you can plug-and-play. We also offer Hikvision cameras + pre-installation service if you need.

Q: Do you provide shipping services?

A: Yes. For North America, we can provide door-to-door (DDP) service. For the Middle East/Europe/others, we generally provide factory-to-port (CIF) service.

Q: What's the production lead time?

A: Standard sample is generally shipped within 2 weeks, batch orders are generally about 1 month. Please kindly consult our sales team for specifics.
