Product Description

BMD petrochemical process pump is a horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump, double shell, segment type, of which impellers are arranged in the same direction or back-to-back. It is radial split, center line supported type. It is designed according to API610, BB5 type.

This type of pump has radial diffuser structures, concentrically-braced sections. Suction and discharge nozzle are arranged at pump top. First stage impeller and secondary impeller have different design conception. For the first impeller pump¡¯s anti-cavitation performance is considered and for the secondary one pump¡¯s efficiency is considered, which make the whole pump have excellent anti-cavitation performance and efficiency.

This series of pumps is designed strictly in accordance with the standard in terms of pump support, bearing arrangement, provision connections, cooling and washing, cavity structure etc.

This type of pump has excellent features like good hydraulics, comprehensive performance ranges, high efficiency and anti-cavitation performance. According to a large number of experimental data combined with hydraulic analysis software, its hydraulic performance reaches current international advanced level.
