Product Description
BMS type petrochemical pump is horizontal multi-stage, ring section, radial split, between bearing centrifugal pump. It's also called multi-stage ring section pump. It is designed according to API610 standard, BB4 type. The casing of this type of pump is radial diffuser structure, and center line support or foot support structure can be selected according to the temperature. Inlet and outlet can be flexibly arranged according to user requirement. First stage impeller and secondary impeller have different design conception. For the first impeller pump’s anti-cavitation performance is considered and for the secondary one pump’s efficiency is considered, which make the whole pump have excellent anti-cavitation performance and efficiency. The sealing system is fully in accordance with API682 standard. Various forms of sealing and flushing cooling plans can be configured and they can meet all kinds of complex working conditions. This series of pump adopts balancing drum, which can better balance axial force and reduce the burden on the bearing, thus the service life of bearing is prolonged. The bearing has self lubrication bearing and forced lubrication bearing and we can choose according to actual situation of usage.
This type of pump is designed strictly in accordance with the standard in terms of pump support, bearing arrangement, reserved provision for cooling, flushing, and measurement.
