The same rotary direction of internal rotor and outside rotor result in little wear ad long operation life

All rotating parts within the pump are lubricated using transport medium
Driving gear (outside rotor ) with internal tooth drives the internal rotor and turns in same direction in the fall closed pump body The pump casing and crescent of the front cower separate the inlet from the outlet .When it tuens negative pressure formed at the suction port the liquid inhaled and being take to the outlet by rotor then the liquid is expelled from the discharge port as the gears mesh The transport - tation of liquid finished.
The pumps are mainly composed of internal rotor outside rotor shaft pump casing front cover, seal magnetic drive components, bearing etc
Transportation of materials crystallize, the first cover and the pump can be designed with an insulation jacket work with the steam or thermal oil heat to melt. Pump can be equipped with safety valves, pumps or piping system when the overpressure, the safety valve open, the formation of internal return, to ensure system security.
