Features:

1.TSD press brake in tandem is CNC electrical-hydraulic proportional press brake in full closed loop control with high precision.

2.Adopts most advanced and universal hydraulic system—BOSCH, Germany. Among it, all hydraulic valve package and fastener are from Germany with high stability.

3.DA66T CNC system, Delem, Holland with windows operating interface and touch screen.

4.Working table, upright and ram are engineered in full rigidity to ensure full loading working. Separated uprights for one side are owned Chinese patent No. ZL 2009 2 0222143.1 by TSD.

5.Crowning on working table is controlled automatically by V axes so as to raise the precision of working piece.

6.The connecting between ram and oil cylinder is sphere type touch, which is most advanced connecting type worldwide now, to ensure perpendicular moving of piston at processing taper type workpiece.

7.Main guiding of ram is with rectangle guiding and cylinder guiding combination system, which is TSD patent No. ZL2009 1 0261552.7.

8.There is the knock-out mechanism in the middle of bottom tool. At out-feeding, the workpiece is jacked up to prevent the direct touch and collision between working piece and bottom tool, which is TSD patent No. 2011 2 05608636.

9.Out-feeding mechanism is cycle type, which is most advanced mode worldwide. Working piece can be automatically out-feeding only by one signal.

10.The press brake in tandem is with 4 groups motorized front feeding and motorized back feeding separately, which are controlled by high power variable frequency motor with fast, slow, quick returning functions.

11.Simulation model engineering and optimization are with famous ANSYS non-linear software. 

12.According to press forces changing, CNC system generates automatically ideal crowning curve by multi-groups wedges crowning so as to achieve accurate deflection compensation.
