INTRODUTION:     

TFW series generator is a type of self-exiting constant voltage compound generator, which is combined of reactance and variable flow. Self-exiting, constand voltage, good dynamic performance, simplified structure, stable operation reliable quality, convenience in control and maintenance are among the features of this generator.The product conforms to JB/T8981-1999 Technique Qualification of Three-phase Synchronous Brush Generator and the international IEC60035-22(1996) standards Generator Run by Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engine.  

Stable unique structure 

Using the integral salient-pole rotor, special structure of the iron-core ventilation. The windings are solid and have good performance in thermal radiating.Using cylindrical steed base. The appearance of the product is unoque and delicate.High accuracy AVR(automatic voltage regulation system) is unique and delicate, integrally sealed, has the function of low-frequency protection. And it has good performance in shock resistance and preventing from water, mildew and salt spray.The phase, compound exciting device has good dynamic performance, Which is more obvious while the load is power-driven(such as electric motor).The overall structure:It has both single bearing and double bearing; single machine (equipped with exciting case) and packaged set (equipped with control case); two kinds of transmission front caps:axis-aiming flange cap and the cap integratde with the flange cap and the connection seat.
