GXG BRUSHLESS SYNCHRONOUS AC ALTERNATORS
EXCITATION SYSTEM
AVR:S×440,SX460,MX321,MX341
The main stator supplies power to the exciter stator via the AvR. The exciter
rotor output is provided to the main rotor by a three -phase full wave bridge
rectifier. This rectifier is protected by a surge suppressor against surges ecused
by short circuit or lost synchronization Voltage regulation of SX440 AVR with
three phase induction detecting module <+0.5 %. MX321 and MX341 suitable
for the generator with permanent magnetic generator(PMG).
Voltageregulation
Voltageregulation refers to the change of voltage from no-load to full-load with powerfactor ranging from 0.5 to 1 and 2.8%s fluctuation of the speed of engine.Voltage is adjusted via potentiometer of AVR, model: SX460, SX440

Terminaland terminal box
Thethree-field alternator had 12 leads brought out to the terminals in theterminal box. The terminals are put on the non drive end . The box is equippedwith removable panels.
