EXCITATION SYSTEM

AVR:S×440,SX460,MX321,MX341

The main stator supplies power to the exciter stator via the AvR. The exciter

rotor output is provided to the main rotor by a three -phase full wave bridge

rectifier. This rectifier is protected by a surge suppressor against surges ecused

by short circuit or lost synchronization Voltage regulation of SX440 AVR with

three phase induction detecting module <+0.5 %. MX321 and MX341 suitable

for the generator with permanent magnetic generator(PMG).

Voltageregulation 

Voltageregulation refers to the change of voltage from no-load to full-load with powerfactor ranging from 0.5 to 1 and 2.8%s fluctuation of the speed of engine.Voltage is adjusted via potentiometer of AVR, model: SX460, SX440 

Axisand Key 

All ofalternator rotors should pass balance test, whose vibrations are lower than theminimum of BS6861 P.1,G 2.5 two bearing alternator has a half-key testingbalance  

Terminaland terminal box  

Thethree-field alternator had 12 leads brought out to the terminals in theterminal box. The terminals are put on the non drive end . The box is equippedwith removable panels.

Allregulatory components are made up with special materials and are immersed inlacquer by peculiar tech. Vanish and colophony materials are develop tostrengthen the processing and machinery intensity of windings and revolvingparts for protecting the alternator work under corrosive environment.  

Windingand electric features 2/3 pithwinding design can effectively eliminate the third harmonic wave(3th.9th,15th)of the voltage ,which is the best design of UPS for nonlinear load .Connectedwith the network in parallel, the structure can restrain excessive currents inthe midline. This and the 2/3 pitch help to check the wave distortion andoutput voltage.  

Phoneinterference and Radio interference  

THF (definedby 40thpart of BS4999) <2%.TIF<50Brushlessapparatus and quality AVR ensure little radio interference in transmission. RFInoise filter is also available.

All brushless synchronous generators meet the requirements of GBT/755, BS5000 PART ¢ó, VDE0503, NEMA MG1-22,IEC-34, CSA C22-100 and AS 1359.
